My experience with the Paris Fire Brigade, a military corps that had been closed to women until then, was a surprising start for a yoga teacher. This powerful experience allowed me to acquire physical discipline and commitment in the service of others.

After a long period of yang, I gradually gave way to my femininity, letting the music and energy of the people guide me, like a  melody in movement.

All these experiences and values have led me to a fluid and grounded practice of yoga, open to spirituality and connected to mythical goddesses.
After completing an official Yoga Alliance training in India, I completed and reinforced my knowledge in anatomy of movement and gentle yoga according to the Blandine Calais Germain and Bernadette De Gasquet’s methodologies.

Trained in aerial yoga by Florie Ravinet in Paris, I combined my personal practice of trapeze – a circus discipline – with my teaching of yoga, combining the pleasure of two aerial disciplines and all their benefits.

I founded the HappyNess Studio in Fréjus (France) in 2018. I had in heart to create a friendly and safe space and offer a variety of yoga classes, sophrology sessions and Thai massages. Today, the Studio offers daily practices between earth and sky and all classes are adapted to the students’ expectations and capacities.
