Teaching yoga since 2006, Kim was trained at OM Yoga Center in New York City. She has gone on to study restorative yoga, experiential anatomy, prenatal yoga, and chair yoga, and continues to practice with and learn from her longtime teachers. Offering clear instruction and a lighthearted approach, Kim’s classes incorporate thoughtful sequencing with a mix of alignment-based vinyasa + slower movements to facilitate connection to your body, breath, and inner wisdom.
An avid traveler, Kim leads yoga retreats and adventures around the world. Wherever she travels, she is continually awed and inspired by our interconnectedness and similarities, while at the same time values how our differences make the world a richer and more vibrant place. Her motivation as a retreat leader is to share heart-opening cultural exchanges and adventures with other curious beings.
