Join with Bita and Moses as you let time slow down and help you rejuvenate in the heart of the Aegean. Allow the tranquility and charm of an unspoiled ecological retreat where you can swim, walk and contemplate as you practice and self reflect in the healing waters right at your doorstep.

Built in harmony with nature,  your eco-retreat home for the week offers the opportunity to take a deeper yoga dive with Bita and Moses while living in harmony with the land and sea, eating clean, and experiencing an encouraged “digital detox”.

The Cycladic Island of Paros is seated in the crystal blue water of the Aegean, and is well known for its beaches and whitewashed traditional villages.  Less touristy than its sister islands of Santorini and Mykonos, Paros is an idyllic island for our retreat.

Enjoy morning and afternoon yoga, swimming in the sea, visiting the village of Naoussa and immersing in Greek island life. A special excursion via boat is also being planned for the group!

Daily yoga classes will be offered (morning and afternoon) in one of two beautifully appointed yoga shalas.  (Shala’s do have the option of air conditioning as needed)

Sample schedule:
7:30am – coffee / teas / fruits available
8:30am – CLASS
10:30 – Brunch
Beach time, free time, massage time, visits to local villages or group outing
4:30pm – CLASS
6:30pm – Dinner


Our eco-center offers simple rooms with private bathrooms. All rooms have been constructed sustainably and in harmony with nature. They have electricity and ceiling fans, but no AC.  Wifi is available throughout the property for those who cannot fully unplug.

We have 12 rooms available.
The rooms that are closest to the ocean (oceanfront) will be assigned first (SOLD OUT as of 10/17)

Double Occupancy Room: $2795 per person (last 2 double rooms)

Single Occupancy Room: $3495 per person (last 2 single rooms)

Premium Apartment for 2: $3395 per person
We have 2 top floor premium spacious “apartments” with King bed and twin bed, indoor and outdoor seating areas and a beautiful ocean view.

All yoga retreat classes (2-3 offerings most days)

Organic gardens supply the majority of ingredients to the on site vegetarian restaurant. Other ingredients are sourced locally (on Paros, or wider-Greece) with a low carbon footprint in mind. Meals are prepared based on ancient Ayurvedic principles, emphasizing wellbeing, balance and bliss in the body. Each meal, you’ll be offered a variety of plant-based dishes, fusing exotic Indian flavours with the tastes and character of traditional Greek cuisine.

The kitchen takes great pride in creating meals with complete taste profiles that tantalize the taste buds and leave the body and soul satiated, nourished and energized.

For something extra, the kitchen is available to serve you in between meals, with juices and smoothies, and a selection of healthy snacks and salads available for order throughout the day.


Bita Jenkins & Moses Brown

Bita Jenkins, M.D., E-RYT500  has been practicing and studying yoga since 1976.  Her approach to yoga is intelligent, playful, and heart-based. She emphasizes awareness, the breath, core principles, alignment, and integrating both movement and stillness to access our true nature. Cultivating a sacred space to open the body, free the mind, and connect with spirit, she aspires to ignite the magic of our existence and the bliss of living this presence. Bita can appreciate all of the stress we accumulate in our fast-paced lifestyles. Her intention is to offer down to earth techniques and ways to incorporate them into our daily lives to help minimize stress, heal our bodies, and focus our minds. Self-transformation and awakening within has guided Bita to teach from a place of love, respect and integrity.

Moses Brown is a Certified Yoga Teacher who has been teaching since 1991.  He  leads public classes immersions and yoga teacher trainings. Moses believes that yoga should be a heart-opening experience that is both supportive as well as empowering to the student.  His teachings create an approach that are physically dynamic, mentally stimulating and therapeutic. Moses brings focus, concentration, and mindfulness to his classes, weaving them together with playfulness, joy and FUN!!
