Cancellation Policy – Individual Travelers

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible while also protecting the sustainability of our retreat center.

• Up to 60 days before arrival: Full refund of your deposit, minus a €50 administrative fee.

• 59–30 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total booking.

• 29–15 days before arrival: 25% refund of the total booking.

• 14 days or less before arrival / no-show: Unfortunately, no refund is possible.

Travel Disruptions (Flights or Ferries)

Living on an island means that travel can sometimes be affected by weather, strikes, or technical issues. If your flight or ferry is officially canceled and you cannot reach Paros:

• We will issue you a credit voucher equal to the amount paid, valid for 12 months from your original arrival date.

• This voucher can be applied to any future retreat or stay with us (subject to availability).

Important Notes

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.

• Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 14 business days.

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, delays, or personal emergencies.

• This policy applies only to individual bookings. For group bookings, cancellation terms are outlined in the written contract agreed and signed with the group organizer.
