Spring is considered to be the most beautiful season on the Greek island of Paros. Here we enjoy the daily yoga with our local host and teacher Sasy Chasomeri, the fine food and the Greek hospitality in the popular Okreblue Eco Yoga Retreat right by the sea.
Every morning (except on the arrival and departure day), Sasy will offer our private group an extended yoga practice based on the theme of the 5 elements (earth, water, fire, air, and ether). In addition, she will introduce us to Yin and Aerial Yoga and teach the basics of Ayurveda. If required and subject to availability, Sasy is also available for private yoga lessons. On some days, the time after brunch is free. This week offers you everything you need to relax and slow down: You can practice yoga, relax, do water sports, swim in the turquoise blue sea or take a walk on the beach, let yourself be pampered with a massage or explore Paros on your own.
The yoga lessons are suitable for both beginners and advanced students.
