Overlooking the limpid waters of the sea of Cyclades, we will spend seven days in which yoga practices and time devoted to “worldly leisure” will be integrated to foster the experience of the profound meaning of dharma (right action), artha (well-being), kama (pleasure) and moksha (liberation), the four goals (purusharta) of human beings according to vedic philosophy.
We will welcome the day with a pranayama and meditation session, followed – after a short tea break – by asana practice session, in which we will focus on specific categories of postures each day, and their beneficial effects. After a tasty and healthy brunch, we will have the day to enjoy the sea and the excursions in the nature of Paros. We will meet again in the late afternoon for another session of asana, pranayama and meditation.
