For 5 days under the clear sky and the sunlight, surrounded by Aegean’s blue water, you will treat yourself with everything you need and deserve.

This July come to Paros with me! For 5 days under the clear sky and the sunlight, surrounded by Aegean’s blue water, you will treat yourself with everything you need and deserve: pleasure, rest, recharge, connection and entertainment.

As a result, the Light of Self will shine bright!

A one of a kind experience

This retreat has two goals:

  1. To help the body and mind eliminate anything that has accumulated from the previous period.
  2. To emerge the brightest, most balanced, optimistic side of the Self.

We are going to achieve these goals by doing deep cleansing and invigorating practices. We will follow 4 “paths towards the Light”:

  1. Yoga asana practices that will fill the body with fresh vital energy and the mind with fresh ideas.
  2. Mindfulness practices, meditation and pranayama. These practices will deeply relax your nervous system and will help you eliminate the tensions that may be holding you back. They will bring you in connection with your enlightened, wise, serene Self.
  3. Α) Therapeutic contact with nature, sea, sun and sand. The contact with the elements of nature through the prism of mindfulness will act as a balm on the body and soul.

Β) Creative expression and cultivation of serenity through painting and writing.

  1. Discussion circles that will offer participants relief, inspiration, and a warm sense of sharing and good communication. In the practice of yoga these circles are called Satsang (circles of truth). Whether you want to speak or just participate as a physical presence while remaining a listener, your discussion experience will be enlightening.

The daily routine, the practices, the beautiful company that we will create, the amazing, peaceful environment of Okreblue that will host us and the quality and nutritious vegetarian meals that you will enjoy, will make you radiate health and positivity. That’s how the light that already exists inside you, will become visible on the surface.

THE PROGRAM

First Day

Arrival, Wednesday 6 July check in after 12.00

17:00 – 19:30 opening circle and acquaintance. Our first yoga asana practice will follow.

20:00 Dinner

 

Daily Schedule

08.00-10.00 Meditation & Yoga asana

10:00 -11: 00 brunch

Free time for rest and walk on the beautiful beaches of the island.

18:00. – 20:00 Discussion Cycle (Satsang) & Yoga asana class

20:15 Dinner

 

Last day

Departure Sunday 10 July

Yoga Asana and closing ceremony until 10:00

10:00 -11: 00 brunch

Check out at 12:00.

 

If you want to leave the island later, you can leave your personal belongings in the accommodation area. They will remain safe as long as you enjoy the sun and the sea!

Advance payment of 470 euros until May 15. Full repayment until June 6, 2022

FOOD

MEALS AND ACCOMMODATION

2 meals are offered daily (brunch and dinner). All meals are prepared with pure, organic ingredients, most of which are grown in Okreblue Gardens. They are cooked in the right way to maintain their nutritional value. Meals are vegetarian. If you have a dietary preference for example you are vegan or you have an allergy, you can let us know and we will make sure your meal is adjusted.

About the teacher

Konstantinos Charantiniotis is Well-being Mentor, Ayurvedic Life-Style Consultant, NLP Master Coach, and internationally acclaimed Mindfulness, Meditation and Yoga. He has accumulated over 25 years of knowledge and experience from different fields of specialization, such as physical education, nutrition, yoga, mindfulness meditation, Ayurveda, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Timeline Therapy ™ and hypnotherapy.

He is famous for offering one-of-a-kind retreats for the last 20 years. He personally oversees every detail of the events and the program combining the above techniques and practices. Thus, the participants always enjoy an unforgettable holistic experience of renewal, cleansing and relaxation.
