A Retreat for Body, Mind and Soul with Kundalini Yoga and Nonviolent Communication
A beautiful combination of Kundalini Yoga, Nonviolent Communication and pure relaxation with plenty of time to rest, swim, read, do nothing. We will start the day before dawn with Sadhana: a vitalizing kriya, and, while the stars slowly faint and the sun rises, we will sit at the beach chanting the morning mantras, followed by a first dip in the sea. After breakfast we will meet in one of the shalas to practice Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and finish off the morning with a meditation. The afternoon time and evening are free – go for a swim, get a massage, rest and relax, do what you love to do. Dinner will be another cozy and delicious highlight of the day.
