This retreat offers an opportunity to deepen your practice with a focus on strength, mobility, and inversions, while re- energizing and centering yourself. All levels of practitioners are welcome, but having some basic knowledge of body movement is recommended

This retreat offers an opportunity to deepen your practice with a focus on strength, mobility, and inversions, while re- energizing and centering yourself. All levels of practitioners are welcome, but having some basic knowledge of body movement is recommended. During the workshops, expect to concentrate on backbends, hip openings, and inversions through various flows, movements, and targeted drills. We will adjust and improve your foundation, focusing on different parts of the body to work towards peak poses such as bridge, scorpion, and arm balances, including their variations and transitions. We will also dedicate time daily to relax and reconnect through mindfulness practices, including breathing and meditation techniques. Join us for fun activities, delicious food, new connections, and lasting memories. We hope you leave this retreat feeling recharged, with a stronger body and a flourishing soul!

Daily mindfulness practice
75- to 90- minute vinyasa or hatha flows

Romina is a digital consultant by day, and a yoga practitioner and fitness enthusiast during herfree time. She believes inwellness and expresses through various form such as practicing various yoga style from Ashtanga, Vinayasa, to Hatha, as well as fitness, and running. She’s the founder of UNA, togetherwith Daria, and has been hosting retreats in Switzlerand and Portugal. On a personal level Romina follows a holistic lifestyle aiming to lead the sameway and set an example in orderto share this philosophywith a greater community. Originally from Switzerland and being a food & travel blogger, Romina enjoys sharing her knowledge of countries she explores, its hidden gems and delicious cuisine.

Maria Pountou

Maria is a Zurich based yoga-mobility teacher,strength coach and cycling instructor. Uponcompleting her Fashion Studies in 2008, she joineda 200hr TTC in NYC. Once in Zurich, she beganteaching Yoga on a daily basis and this led herintotaking her education further. Maria is nowregistered as a 500-hour E-RYTwith the YogaAlliance and a FRC / Kinstretch coach.Maris pairs musicwith strong vinyasa teachings todeepen connections, improve physicalunderstanding, and enhance overallwell-being. Herclasses feature creative, structured sequencesfocusing on anatomical precision, therapeuticwork, and alignment. Maria encourages studentsto surpass barriers,respect theirlimits, andassess their strengths andweaknesses.
