This retreat offers an opportunity to deepen your practice with a focus on strength, mobility, and inversions, while re- energizing and centering yourself. All levels of practitioners are welcome, but having some basic knowledge of body movement is recommended. During the workshops, expect to concentrate on backbends, hip openings, and inversions through various flows, movements, and targeted drills. We will adjust and improve your foundation, focusing on different parts of the body to work towards peak poses such as bridge, scorpion, and arm balances, including their variations and transitions. We will also dedicate time daily to relax and reconnect through mindfulness practices, including breathing and meditation techniques.
