Another option is a charter flight to Mykonos island, Santorini or Crete and then a boat ride to Paros.

Coming by boat from Athens there are two options:

Simran Kaur

Simran Kaur was born in Bogotá, Colombia in 1954. At the age of eleven she moved to Germany and finally studied German and geography in Hamburg (graduation: 2nd state examination). In the 1968s, like many of her generation, she went in search of natural, conscious and community-oriented ways of life – and after extensive trips she found the ashram for Kundalini Yoga at home in Hamburg. She took the spiritual name Simran Kaur (pronounced Kah) and became a Sikh. Soon she became a teacher and eventually an instructor for Kundalini Yoga.

“Kundalini Yoga has fundamentally changed my life – I feel healthier and more powerful, balanced and overall happier. And: I have found the spiritual home that my soul has longed for.”

In 1998 Simran Kaur got to know the Nonviolent Communication (GfK) founded by Marshall Rosenberg; In 2004 she was certified as a GfK trainer.

“I perceive non-violent communication as yoga in communication – it is about mindfulness, self-development, compassion and authentic relationships. GfK has taught me to be really loving with myself and others. Teaching is a great pleasure for me: others in the treasure to share that was given to me in my life. “
