HOW TO PREPARE
If you want to study the teachings about these meditations you can purchase the book „The 21 Stages of Meditation“ by Gurucharan Singh through Kundalini Research Institute or Satnam Versand. If you want to prepare your body and connect to the energy of the course already now you can do so by reading and engaging in one of the following meditations or kriyas:

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
Your safety is of utmost importance to us and we are working with our local staff to ensure a healthy and safe environment for all. Safety guidelines such as mask wearing and social distancing arrangements will be announced closer to the event depending on recommended guidelines at the time of the training.
WHAT TO BRING
clothes for warm and for windy weather, white clothing and head covering for classes, yogawear, meditation pillow if needed, meditation-shawl or blanket, sheet to sit on at the beach for meditation, swimsuit and beach-towel, firm shoes for the excursions, light backpack, sunscreen, insect repellent, flashlight. notebook and pen, Japji Sahib book for morning sadhana, driver‘s, license for excursions on motorbikes, cash for excursions
Aug. 27 and Aug. 31 will be free days.
Classes will be held in English, translation into German is possible if desired.
EXCURSIONS
We will offer excursions that you are welcome to join. Please bring cash for kayaking and meals outside of Okreblue. If you enjoy riding a motorbike bring your driver`s license and cash for renting. Expenses for these trips etc. are not included in the course fee.
HOW TO GET THERE
Coming by plane:
Olympic Airlines is the company that flies from Athens to Paros. Make sure you book your tickets well in advance because it’s difficult to find availability during the summer months. For information, visit: Olympic Air
Another option is a charter flight to Mykonos island, Santorini or Crete and then a boat ride to Paros.
Coming by boat from Athens there are two options:
Rafina port is closer to the airport and you can get there either by taxi or bus (about 45 minutes).
Pireaus port is further from airport than Rafina, you can get there by bus, metro or taxi. The metro and bus are both very convenient because they will leave you just a few meters from where you board the ferry to Paros. Both the bus and the metro take about one hour.
The two companies that operate the ferries to Paros are Blue Star Ferries and Hellenic Seaways. Please visit their links for details of the schedules.
Transportation in Paros:
You can either catch the bus from Parikia (port of Paros) to Naoussa and then a taxi to Okreblue (Santa Maria), or a taxi straight to Okreblue from Parikia or from the airport.
