Susi Davies has almost 30 years of yoga teaching experience. Certified with E-RYT500 from US Yoga Alliance. She studied Remedial therapy, varies Massage techniques and Thai massage .
She holds the Iyengar and Ashtanga Vinyasa certifications but teaches now a blend and fusion of both which she calls Dynamic Yoga. Taking aspects of Functional Movements into the flow practice makes her style unique and fun.
She teaches the practice to the 5 natural elements – Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether representing standing poses, hips groins, core twists and balancings, backbends and inversions. As a Meditation teacher she incorporates Meditation and Pranayama as well as Philosophy in all sessions.
She has studied biomechanics of the body and has a great understanding of the human anatomy coupled with her Life Coaching profession, she helps students to progress physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Susi’s style of teaching is dynamic, inspirational and motivational. She assists students to approach their practice with their own inner intelligence by emphasizing and using the power of Gravity, Intention, Breath, Movement, Grace and ultimate joy. She is a great believer in silent meditations and loves empowering students to reach their full potential and to show them not to just love their practice but to practice with Love.
