Myrto Kalogeropoulou

Myrto Kalogeropoulou is a Fitness Expert and Personal Trainer. Graduate of the Higher Professional School of Classical and Contemporary Dance “Rallou Manou”. Certified Pilates Instructor from Balanced Body University, specializing in injury rehabilitation and official instructor of the Pilates method in Greece in collaboration with the educational organization Peak Pilates. At the same time, he graduated from the Department of Social Anthropology of the Pantheon University of Athens.

They followed a number of seminars and trainings in Cross Training and the HIIT method, in Greece and London. He trained in London as a Master Trainer of UGI ® ball. He is a holder of the Sports Nutrition diploma of the educational institution ISSN. He has mainly been involved in mountain distance running, with participation and distinctions in mountain running races and in recent years he has been involved in running half-marathons and marathons.

In October 2022, the National Kapodistrian University will start the Accredited diploma in Coaching, with the direction of Wellness Coach. Such diverse recruits in her training add a special diversity to her practice. He believes that discipline, consistency and persistence are the 3 key values ​​for achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Her goal is to make fitness a part of people’s daily lives, improve their relationship with nutrition and ultimately love themselves even more.
