Kristen Sprague

Kristen has been passionately practicing and studying yoga for over a decade. With a teaching foundation in classical Ashtanga Vinyasa, Kristen continued on to study Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy, as well as Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Reiki. Over the years her practice and teachings have evolved to focus more on restoration and energetic healing. In addition to her spiritual training, Kristen has an extensive background in biology, anatomy, and medical sciences, which gives her teaching style a unique and harmonious balance between mind, body and spirit. She is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Integrative Medicine Research with a focus on Yoga Nidra for reducing anxiety and depression.
