A surfing yogi who is passionate about growing community, connecting to nature and using the body as a tool to create more space in our lives. A one time finance degree graduate, after years of travel Conrad now lives in the jungle of Costa Rica where surfing and yoga are his lifestyle. With his background of 6 years as a wilderness therapy guide, Conrad translates his teachings from his work in the field onto the mat. Conrad instills values of introspection and curiosity while drawing from life lessons taken in from all over the world. Using inspiration from nature and the waves… Conrad aims to create balance and harmony in all his classes and facilities space for trust and vulnerability.

Conrad’s professional path of yoga began when he trained with Bohemia School of Yoga in Santa Teresa, CR and received his 200hr YTT certification. After furthering his education in hands-on adjustments and the yin anatomy lines of the body, Conrad’s practice has developed into a unique offering of supportive assists and nurturing sequencing. Creating a space to learn and grow within the body, Conrad’s classes are unique and empowering. Established in both public spaces as well as private and retreat settings, Conrad’s offerings have also expanded to workshops and assisting yoga teacher trainings.

Originally a New Jersey native, Conrad finds home and family wherever he goes. Adept at creating space and nurturing connection – it’s not just limited to the mat. Conrad has been facilitating space in both life and therapy settings for years now; a passion that’s as fulfilling as rewarding. Expanding to further explore his roots, Conrad has been re-visiting his homeland of Ancient Greece where his Grandfather and maternal side of the family originated from. A journey not just through the land, but the emotional landscape that we all contain within us. Exploring roots as a way to have a deeper connection to others, Conrad is stoked to have you on this journey with him.
