Alberto started to practice yoga at the age of 15 . Most of his free time during his studies ( statistics) was spent in yoga practice and meditation. He has experienced several types of yoga and meditation techniques before joining yoga schools in Europe and in India . He is now teaching mainly Flow yoga , Hatha yoga and Yin yoga. He is also qualified in Kurma yoga and integrating the concept of this traditional yoga in most of his lessons. He is organising retreats all around the world (Nepal, Oman, Turkey, Egypt, Greece, France, Germany, Italy, Ethiopia …) to help the yogis to break the ties with their day to day life and environment . This is for him one of the best way for them to reset their mind, develop their freedom and find the path to their soul.
He tries to awaken his yogis to the mastering of their energy centres through breathing practices combined with meditation, postures and movements.
Most of his retreats are combined with hiking, trekking, climbing, skiing, cycling, contact with the nature …as he considers that moving the body with awareness is one of the best way to understand the transformational power of the couple intention/energy.
For those who are more advanced in the yoga practice, his teachings aim the expansion of the consciousness by the concentration on the emotions, the limitations of their mind and of their belief system. He is member of Yoga Alliance (USA) and FNELY ( Federation of the yoga schools in Luxemburg).
He has created with a group of yogis a non-profit organisation to help the village of Lalibela in Ethiopia. The money collected through his teachings is dedicated to help the poorest people of this village (studies, medics, food).
