Flights and transfers. There are many different options. You cannot fly internationally directly to Paros-one of the reasons why it remains such a beautifully unspoiled island. Please get in touch to discuss options.

Once deposit has been paid please contact host ( to confirm which occupancy you would like.

2nd payment of £300 required by March 1st 2021 with the final balance due 30 days prior to the Retreat date. We can accommodate alternative payment plans so do get in touch to discuss.


Daily breakfast/brunch and dinner is included with the retreat. You will be nourished by the food grown in Okreblue’s own organic gardens. Our private chefs offer daily sumptuous organic, Indian/Mediterranean infused farm to table vegetarian meals from our garden or local farmers. All of our meals are served in our cafe /dining hall Caretta.
Vegan, gluten free, wheat free, dairy free diets and other special diets can be accommodated upon request.
Apart from our included meals, the cafe is open daily and serves light meals and drinks. Tea as well as drinking filtered water is available all day.

Lorna Kennedy

Lorna has been practicing yoga regularly for more than 12 years. Having finished her first 200 hour teaching training in 2010 she went on to do Ashtanga and Anusara Training Immersions and a 300 hour advanced level training in Embodied Flow. She combines all her training to date with her many years of personal practice to teach a fluid vinyasa style of yoga that invites her students to fully embody the practice. Her classes are designed to strengthen and make space in the body and mind, utilizing the power of the breath and a felt sense of the body to stop gripping, to start grounding and to experience a real sense of freedom.
