Welcome to Paros, a stunning island paradise that invites you to immerse yourself in the perfect combination of fitness and relaxation. The 3-day Fitness and Wellness Retreat will take you on an unforgettable experience, with a combination of outdoor activities and healthy eating.
In a remote and environmentally friendly hotel and spa, surrounded by olive trees and a stone’s throw from the beach, our program is designed to help you feel refreshed and energized. You’ll enjoy daily workouts including Pilates, cross-training and running, with stunning views of the island’s landscapes.
Myrto Kalogeropoulou will guide you through each activity, adapting the program to your fitness level and preferences. Whether you are a fitness enthusiast or just starting out, our program will challenge you in a supportive and nurturing environment.
When you are not training, you will have plenty of opportunities to relax and explore the natural beauty of the island. Take a leisurely stroll along the beach, explore the picturesque villages. The hotel’s spa is also available for those seeking a little pampering and rejuvenation.In the morning, you will wake up to the gentle sound of the waves and the fresh scent of the Mediterranean air.

Arrival at the hotel “Okreblue” at 15:00.

08:00 – 09:00 – Breakfast Session. Elite Training (hit training & running)

9:00 – 10:00 – Breakfast.

Free Time / Beach Time & Spa.

20:30 Dinner at the hotel restaurant.

Day 3:

Myrto Kalogeropoulou

Myrto Kalogeropoulou is a Fitness Expert and Personal Trainer. Graduate of the Higher Professional School of Classical and Contemporary Dance “Rallou Manou”. Certified Pilates Instructor from Balanced Body University, specializing in injury rehabilitation and official instructor of the Pilates method in Greece in collaboration with the educational organization Peak Pilates. At the same time, he graduated from the Department of Social Anthropology of the Pantheon University of Athens.

They followed a number of seminars and trainings in Cross Training and the HIIT method, in Greece and London. He trained in London as a Master Trainer of UGI ® ball. He is a holder of the Sports Nutrition diploma of the educational institution ISSN. He has mainly been involved in mountain distance running, with participation and distinctions in mountain running races and in recent years he has been involved in running half-marathons and marathons.

In October 2022, the National Kapodistrian University will start the Accredited diploma in Coaching, with the direction of Wellness Coach. Such diverse recruits in her training add a special diversity to her practice. He believes that discipline, consistency and persistence are the 3 key values ​​for achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Her goal is to make fitness a part of people’s daily lives, improve their relationship with nutrition and ultimately love themselves even more.
