Greek Island Wellness Retreat With Wendy Praud & Beata Heymann

We are creating a wholesome, intimate retreat space for you to unwind and reconnect with nature and your practice.

Our destination, Paros Island is located in the heart of the Cyclades Islands in Greece there are over 120kms of coastline and 10,000 inhabitants. They say Paros is like Mykonos was 20 years ago. It has all the charm and atmosphere, without the crowds. Beautiful beaches, medieval villages, wineries, harbours and easy access to neighbouring islands.

Our retreat will be lovingly nourished with seasonal vegetarian food. Prepare to be immersed in nature with beautiful beaches at our doorstep, wake up and dive into the silky waters of the Aegean Sea.

Morning Yang Yoga & Evening Yin Yoga daily.

Workshop offerings on Mindfulness, Qigong, Chanting and Breath Work.

2 teachers coming all the way from Melbourne, Australia!

Meet Wendy, French/Australian and Beata, German/Australian.

All classes will be conducted in English.

In between classes, you can explore the island by foot or by bike/scooter! Beach is on our doorstep!

Ps: Did you know that Melbourne has been called the third largest “Greek City” in the world, after Athens and Thessaloniki, due to a large population of Greek-Australians living there?!

And nothing makes her happier than holding a safe space to her dear students.

She’s been privileged enough to teach Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, Art & Languages in Australia, USA, Qatar, Asia, Europe and cannot wait to discover more bodies, minds, hearts and cultures around the world.
