Welcome to my retreat at Okreblue Eco Yoga Resort, nestled on the picturesque Paros Island, Greece! 

Immerse yourself in a six-day, five-night journey designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.

Our retreat takes place in the untouched seaside haven of Santa Maria on the tranquil peninsula of Paros Island. Okreblue Eco Yoga Resort, surrounded by the grounding elements of Earth and Water, is the perfect backdrop for your transformative experience.

What to Expect:

Our retreat is crafted with your well-being in mind. Each day begins with a gentle morning practice with meditation, breathwork, movement, and chanting. This is followed by a wonderful brunch to nourish your body and spirit.

As the day unfolds, you’ll have the freedom to explore the island, take a dip in the ocean, or simply bask in the Mediterranean sunshine. In the late afternoon, we reconvene for another enriching session, alternating between yin yoga, meditation, and workshops. Evenings are reserved for group dinners, where we share in the joy of nourishing food and watch the sun gracefully set over the Aegean Sea.

Diverse Practices:

Our yoga sessions will vary, offering you a chance to deepen your practice through Asanas, Pranayama, and Meditation. Evening practices will shift from soothing Yin Yoga to exploring our Asana practice with a deep dive into the Foundations.

5-6:30pm:  Welcome Ceremony and Yoga Practice

Wednesday- Saturday, September 4-7, 2024:
Every Day:

8-9:30am:  Morning Practice (Meditation, Pranayama, Dharma Talk, Asana)

11am:  Brunch

4:30-6:00pm: Evening practice

7pm: Dinner

Sunday, September 8, 2024:

7:30-9am: Morning Practice (Meditation, Pranayama, Dharma Talk, Asana)

10am:  Brunch

11am:  Check-out

Single Room: £1650

Double Room: £1300

Triple Room: £1100 (limited to 6 beds, first come – first served)

In my journey to discover myself, I’ve found that yoga is the perfect tool. It’s a practice that can help us all find our personal power, and it’s something I’m so grateful for having discovered. Yoga has helped me to open up my mind, body and soul to new experiences. It’s taught me breathing techniques and chanting that help me stay calm in any situation, and asana practice that helps me feel strong and confident.

When I discovered yoga, it was like discovering a whole new world. There is something magical about the way you can connect with yourself and others through the practice of yoga. It’s so much more than just moving your body, it’s about learning how to tune into your body’s needs, and then responding to them in an empowering way.

I am constantly striving to help others discover their own personal power through the practice of yoga. I want to encourage everyone who practices it or wants to try it out – especially those who are just starting out – by helping them find their own path with a supportive community around them.
